How long have you been with NSRG?
Fall 2006

What is your skate gear of choice?
Riedell 965 boots with custom mounted Powerdyne Reactor plates, Bones Swiss Ceramic Bearings, Radar Green Zodiac wheels, TSG Knee Pads, and a Triple 8 helmet.

Do you have a pre-bout ritual?
I listen to MIA and get a Dead Elvis smoothie from the Wedge!

What are some of your best/favorite moments in roller derby?
Beating Brewcity at this year's North Central regionals.

Who are your roller derby heroes?
Bonnie Thunders from Gotham and Ewan Wotarmy from Montreal. They are amazing.

Do you have a motivational quote?
To be the best, you must be able to handle the worst. - unkown

What goes through your brain as you lace up your skates?
I mostly focus on what is coming next. Try to get into the zone. I also think about beer and my puppy apple jr.

Do you have a signature move?
smacks, all different kinds!

What advice would you give to someone just starting out in roller derby?
Roller derby is the best community I have ever been a part of. I highly recommend it!
